To provide a cutting-edge app for hotel guests, hetras has partnered with Hotek. Together with Kaba and Assa Abloy, Hotek is the third key provider that can be used with hetras´ mobile app. hetras CTO Stephan Wiesener adds, “But we also want to encourage other key provider to work with hetras.”
hetras has launched a mobile app that uses mobile key services to implement a fully mobile guest journey. Guests can not only check in without queuing and open their hotel rooms via the hetras mobile app, they can also book their next stay directly on their smartphones. This allows guests to make arrangements faster and select their own room, and it also enables keyless entry and makes re-booking easy. As a result, using the hetras mobile app can lead to a hotel’s direct bookings increasing significantly.
hetras´ mobile app is available to hoteliers on a monthly subscription basis and can be customized to include different hotel processes and brand designs.
High security
Security is crucial when entering the mobile world. With Hotek and hetras, hotels are not required to operate their own secure data center; instead, they can focus on providing guests with a superb end-user experience.
Satisfying expectations
Today, most hotels expect that their lock manufacturers support a “mobile key” function.
Dolf Mulder, CEO of Hotek, has a clear ambition for constant innovation and product development, in order to remain on the leading edge of the international market. “We have developed a deep understanding of our customer needs, so we can engineer the right products. Besides that, we aim at developing a long-term relationship with our clients, offering them a high level of service and support,” Mulder says.
Hotek works according to their mission: You take care of your guests, we take care of you!
